Welcome to the Training section of our site! We are really excited that you have chosen to join our fantastic team of Consultants and we hope that the training you are about to undertake will give you the confidence and determination to make your business a success.

You don't have to complete the training in one sitting and you can go through the materials as many times as you like until you feel that you have gained the right amount of knowledge and undertstanding.

Set out below is a list of the training materials (listed in the order that we suggest you work through them) and an estimated time of how long you should dedicate to each section.

When you have completed the training materials and have assessed your knowledge we hope that you will feel ready to carry out your first client appointment!
Inevitably, clients will have questions at their appointment regarding all and any aspect of making their will. We have put together a list of the most commonly asked questions : we hope you find this useful at your forthcoming appointments!
This form, just like the Will Instruction Form, is one you will become extremely familiar with! You will use it every time you take instructions from a client to complete their Lasting Power of Attorneys. Have a read through and ensure you feel comfortable with the information that needs gathering from your client.
This section of your training covers the important topic of 'mental capacity'. It is vital that you ascertain, at every initial appointment, that your client has the mental capacity required to make a will or Lasting Power of Attorney.
This 'Minimising Inheritance Tax' sheet is one of the enclosures that is contained in the initial pack which you will give to your client at the first meeting. You should familiarise yourself with the contents, in case your client has any questions.
